Blackened Seafood Spice - $4.50

Cajun Beans - $4.75
We've been making this delicious, heart warming dish for years! This mix includes a seasoning packet along with pinto, white, and kidney beans. Requires water, and serve with rice. Makes over 5 cups.
Cajun Creole - $3.75
Add chicken, shrimp, crawfish, or pork sausage to this Cajun cuisine! Requires: 1 (15oz) can diced tomatoes, 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce, and your choice of cooked meat. Serve with rice. Cook time: 5 minutes. Makes 4 ½ cups.


Cajun Dirty Rice - $5.00
This traditional Cajun favorite is sure to "spice" up any meal! Serve as a side dish or as main entrée. Add ground sausage, ground meat, can of beef broth and butter. Makes 6 cups.

Cajun Gumbo - $3.75
Delicious dark roux. Add water and your choice of meat or seafood, and you are done!

Crawfish or Shrimp Cornbread - $4.75
A southern favorite! Add can corn, eggs, milk, cheese, and meat. Makes 9x13 pan.

This recipe is based from a recipe of Melissa's mother-in-law, who is a wonderful Cajun cook! Requires your choice of shrimp, crawfish, or ground sausage, and margarine, celery, and 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce. Cook on low for 20 minutes. Serve over rice. Makes 4 cups.

Mardi Gras King Cake - $4.75
This is a treat fit for a king! This mix is perfect for Mardi Gras or any occasion. Mix includes a small plastic baby that you will hide inside the cake 'after' baking. Tradition says, whoever finds the baby, wins a prize, has to purchase the next King Cake, and has good luck the for the following year, etc. Add frozen rolls, butter, and milk.
